Problems installing PEAR SOAP at command line

Hello everyone,
So I've been trying to install pear SOAP
using the pear install command on the
command line.
After figuring out the dependencies and
installing them I get this:
~>pear install SOAP
downloading http://pear.php.net/get/SOAP ...
...done: 49,720 bytes
Relation 'has' with requirement '' is not supported
Relation 'has' with requirement '' is not supported
Relation 'has' with requirement '' is not supported
Dependencies failed
When only Net_DIME wasn't yet installed I was getting
2 not 3 "Relation 'has' with requirement '' is not
supported" messages.
I've just placed the SOAP CVS files in my system
but wanted to know if I'm doing something wrong or
if there is a problem with this package using
the pear command-line installer.
