The pear soap libraries are kept in the PHP PEAR library directory. This is
dependent on your distribution (or if you compile with custom options). You
can say
php -i |grep include_path on the command line, or look for the
setting in php.ini. The include directory is where all the PEAR stuff is
kept. You can download the tar.gz packages and then tar -zxf into that
include_path. If you can run the command pear you could say `pear install
SOAP` to install SOAP. If there are dependencies pear will report them and
you'll have to install those first.
