RE: [PHP4BETA] ups, sorry

I have had similar problems with ISAPI on NT Server 4 and IIS 4. For some reason the lines in main.c that try to register PHP_AUTH_USER and PHP_AUTH_PW cause an IIS crash. I commented the lines out, and the crashing stopped. I do need to investigate further. I also had to modify sapi_isapi_register_server_variables() in php4isapi.c to register all of the server variables.
