I just looked at the sources; it appears it will parse items like:
<FORM ACTION=...>
but not
<FORM ... ACTION=...>
like
<FORM METHOD=POST ENCTYPE=multipart/form-data ACTION=filename.php>
See the parse LEX in url_scanner.re:
"<" F O R M ws+ A C T I O N ws* "=" ws* { BEGIN(REF); }
I think it needs to accept any random text betwen the ws+ and ACTION.
