UDP support is currently only in fsockopen(). It is used like this:
<?
$con = fsockopen("udp://some.host",53);
...
?>
This will open a UDP socket to some.host on port 53. The standard
network functions can then be used on $con, such as fputs(), fgets(),
fclose(), etc.
