Right now it is through CVS. As for the Files/ directory, I think it should be called File/. If it is simple stuff, I would put it in pear/File.php, for more specialized stuff, put it in File/something.php. The idea is to name classes after the files they are in, substituting "/" with "_", for example the class defined by DB/mysql.php is called DB_mysql, and so on.
