open_basedir restriction?

Has something changed in CVS in the last few hours? After updating and rebuilding, I suddenly get: Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory. in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Failed opening 'prepend.php3' for inclusion (include_path='.:/var/php/include') in Unknown on line 0 all over scripts that were working before. You can see this, and the output of phpinfo, at: http://nirgal.horde.org/horde/kronolith/info.php prepend.php3 is in /var/php/include, which you can see that include_path is set to include.
