yes, definetly
this was the next thing on my list after documentation and examples

how likely is it that one header filed will contain encoded blocks
in differen charactersets?
maybe we should have a simple decoder (encoded string -> string) for
general use and your proposed behaivior (encoded string -> array)
as an advanced option ?
