because it overwrites
CFLAGS = -D_POSIX_PTHREAD_SEMANTICS -D_REENTRANT
in config_vars.
maybe we should add an OPTIM= option (like apache)
that allows on eto play with compiler-options whitout
fiddleing with the makefiles - sascha?
