Can anyone help unconfuse me?
I'm 10 hours behind GMT.
mktime(0,0,0,1,1,1970) gives me 36000 (10 hours)
gmmktime(0,0,0,1,1,1970) gives 72000 (20 hours)
So, mktime seems to return the timestamp for the
greenwich equivalent of the date given in local time
I haven't yet managed to figure out how the second one is
calculated.
