compile --with-xml problems

Hi folks, Not sure what I am missing here. I am trying to compile php4b03 with the following: ./configure --with-openlink=/dbs/openlink/v32 --with-iodbc=usr/local/lib --w ith-mysql --with-xml=../expat --with-apache=../apache_1.3.6 --enable-track-v ars This works fine, although (checking for XML support... yes (static)) shows, unfortunatley it then chokes on the make. The errors at the end concern me - can anyone give me any pointers or point me at some docs?
