I've tried both the original php.ini that came with php4b4p1 and one that I
modified to use the values that I have in my php3.ini.
Should I be able to register this dll with regsrv32? I get another error
when I attempt to do this:
LoadLibrary("php4isapi.dll") failed. GetLastError returns 0x000003e6.
This is the error that Event Viewer gives when trying to start IIS:
The HTTP Filter DLL D:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\php4isapi.dll failed to load.
The data is the error.

I did not have any problems installing the PHP4 binaries on Win2k/IIS 5.
Do you really use an UNCHANGED php.ini?
