I realize the following configuration is not supported, but just for
information purposes:
Running NT 4.0 service pack 4.
IBM HTTP Server (apache basically)
php 4.0 RC1 with zend optimizer.
As a cgi it seems to work fine.
As a dll it runs, but gives an access violation if the session_start() function
is used. In fact, if that is the ONLY thing on the page there is an access
violation.
Is there perhaps something with the apache configuration that can be tweaked
here, or am I out of luck. We will eventually be moving to linux, and have
dropped IIS because we had alot of problems with the dll anyway and needed to
do some things that apache is better at.
