Hi,
I have two questions which maybe someone can help me with:
1) My internet pages run on a Linux machine but I only have access to an
NT server (IIS 4) for debugging and testing. I assume that code tested
on NT will run with no problem on the linux version - is this more or
less correct?
2) I have installed PHP4 on Win NT with IIS 4 and can get *.php* pages
to run on the server in what I would expect to be the normal fashion,
but when I try and escape from html pages to use php commands it don't
like it (the php is ignored, but the html works as normal).
When I set up the php4isapi.dll as a filter, IIS won't start
(inetsrv.exe error message from Dr. Watson).
I checked the registry entry and it seems ok. Also the php.ini seems ok.
I've also tried the four ways of escaping from html as listed in the
php manual, with no luck. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mike Wright
