I was playing around with the PHP4 betas for about a year and since
two weeks I'm using it for a "serious" project using NT4, IIS4, MS
Index Server and PHP as CGI (not ISAPI).
My experience is that it is very stable and very fast. On my server
the CGI is as fast as my former ASP scripts and concerning
administration purposes on NT I thinks it's a lot better to deal with
CGIs (don't crash the whole server, kill a single process).
