Win NT4 + IIS 4 + PHP4 CGI mode doesn't work

Hello,
I have posted asking for help at least 3 times now.
Every flavor of php4 (beta, RC, CVS) I have installed doesn't
work. Here is what I got :
Windows NT 4.0 (sp 5)
IIS 4.0
PHP 3.0.11 (which works great!)
PHP 4.0 April 22nd CVS version - Win32 Distribution (cgi mode)
Configuration:
php.exe under d:\php4
php4isapi.dll under c: \winnt\system32 (I am not using it anyway)
php4ts.dll under c: \winnt\system32
php.ini under c:\winnt
localhost/php mapped to e:\proyectos
application mappings configured for php virtual directory with .php4 extension pointing to d:\php4
application mappings configured for php virtual directory with .php, ..php3 extension pointing to
d:\php3 (this works)
When I use http://localhost/php/info.php this works.
When I use http://localhost/php/info.php4 this
doesn't works (no error, it just time out).
Why am I doing wrong? Any ideas?
