Hello, my configuration: PHP4/Apache1.3.12/Tomcat3.1/JDK1.1.8/Win95B Java support is installed and works beautifully, e.g. the jver.php gives the expected results. I also installed the servlet support, but I must have been a slight mistake here. phpsrvlet.jar is in classpath, php4ts.dll and phpsrvlt.dll in c:\windows and thus in PATH. web.xml is altered with the information from the template in sapi/servlet. PHP files work, JSP files work, as well. Scenario 1: I put the file reqinfo.php (as shipped with the binaries) in..../htdocs/php4. I can execute this file, but the calls to $request seem to fail, all values are empty. Scenario 2: I put the file reqinfo.php in the tomcat webapps\examples\jsp directory - the directory where all jsp files reside. If I call this file then, same effect as above. I did not change the conf files very much, only as mentioned in the Readmes. In Apache's httpd.conf I added aaplication/x-httpd.php and set the appropriate Action; I also Include'd the auto-generated file tomcat-apache.conf, which contains the following: LoadModule jserv_module modules/ApacheModuleJServ.dll ApJServManual on ApJServDefaultProtocol ajpv12 ApJServSecretKey DISABLED ApJServMountCopy on ApJServLogLevel notice ApJServDefaultPort 8007 AddType test/jsp .jsp AddHandler jserv-servlet .jsp Alias /examples C:\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\examples <Directory "C:\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\examples"> Options Indexes FollowSymLinks </Directory> ApJServMount /examples/servlet /examples <Location /examples/WEB-INF/ > AllowOverride None deny from all </Location> Alias /test C:\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\test <Directory "C:\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\test"> Options Indexes FollowSymLinks </Directory> ApJServMount /test/servlet /test <Location /test/WEB-INF/ > AllowOverride None deny from all </Location> ApJServMount /servlet /ROOT Has anyone successfully tried this or does anyone has a hint for me? Regards Christian
