I like Zack's text. Here are a few things that we might want to add:
1. Go for "Open Source" instead of just open-source. PHP's license
definitely fits OSI's nine requirements.
2. I like using the word "premier" to describe PHP, like "PHP is the
premier server-side scripting language." It's a fancy way of saying
"number one".
3. It might be nice to work in that PHP is the most popular apache module,
and the most popular app server.
