We are using the C library strtod() in order to convert the number to a decimal. I see that strtod() uses locale.
How should this be handled? Should we move to a US locale for the conversion? (probably a bit slow).

Thanks, AndiTested, but I experience the same problem. Output as follows: G:\PHP\test>php -q test.php 200<br>0<br>0 G:\PHP\test> But, if I change the regional settings to English, or change the decimal symbol (control panel -> Regional settings -> Number) to '.' instead of ',' (which is the norwegian standard), I get the following output: G:\PHP\test>php -q test.php 200<br>0.05<br>10 G:\PHP\test> Hope this helps. -- Tobias
