Joe/Joan Webby is at fault here
They are a keen advocate of PHP
They are not a C coder
They know the developers are a team of dedicated, albeit unpaid, people [the
professionalism is a matter of opinion]
They want to market a new feature, to their - thinking @ a higher level -
boss
They play the game and check it out first because they know boss-type just
want's the job done.
OK, documentation may be sparse for <insert functionality here> but
surely.......that's the best bit, figuring out the nuances
;)
