It should be by following the Win9x/NT-PWS install instructions at
http://www.php.net/manual/html/install-windows95-nt.html
and substituting .htm
for .php3 in the line:
Type in the extension you wish to use for your php scripts. ex: .php3
It's a big performance hit though on the already bloated PWS. Why not just
rename the .htm files to .php ?
