Nod. I noticed the salt error and just patched around it myself. I did get tons of warnings about redefining of BROKEN_SPRINTF. Is this a known issue? Also I forgot to mention that on 2.2.7/2.2.8 I need to manually ranlib libphp4.a to complete the make. This may also be fixed. I'll re-run both 227/228/310 today.
