I'm trying to compile PHP4 with MSVC5 compiler. PHP4 needs file
olestd.h which is not part of MSVC5 and I did not find it
elsewhere. I suppose that this file is included in MSVC6
distribution. I will appreciate if someone could send me this file,
because I have not access to MSVC6.
Thanks.
