The exact same page (a stock phplib example page-not one of mine) works
flawlessly in 3.0.9 but gives the error I indicated in 3.0.11 and V4. As
I mentioned, I searched the bugs and found someone who had listed a bug
that produced the same problem and identified it as coming from a mysql
related bug.
