4.0b1 Cant' compile on Suse6.1

Could someone give me a clue as to what this error means and how I might go about correcting the
problem.
I'm compiling PHP4.0b1 as an apache module (apache 1.3.6) on Suse Linux 6.1. I get a similar
error when trying
to compile PHP3.0.11.
