We moved the error_reporting initialization after zend_startup() which fixes the overflows. I added a thread id shutdown call in the pcre mshutdown in order to cleanup it's memory, however right now, the thread id shutdown function isn't implemented yet. We'll do it sometime soon. the resource_plist is freed by tsrm_shutdown in dll_main with ISAPI. Is there a similar service the Zeus server gives you? The memory leak with minit_dir should be fixed.
