Noone said it should cover everything or that we should
focus on A2, Zeev.
It's just that we need a third layer for startup/shutdown
functions. Nothing more. I don't know why this escalated to a
discussion whether SAPI should be able to make coffee, nor do
I want to follow up.
Is it a problem to provide hooks from sapi_(startup|shutdown)?
