I was involved with that thread for a while and, while everyone was very
helpful, it just got to the point that I couldn't spend any more time on the
problem.
I'm running RedHat 6.0 w/ Pentium 90
I tried...
pdflib 2.0 compiled with static and without
renaming pdflib2.0.so and pdflib2.0.a to pdflib.so and pdflib.a
wiping out my apache installation from RPMs and building from scratch 1.3.9
tarball
daily downloads of the CVS tree to see if patches worked
hundreds (literally) of different compile configurations/options
And it just wouldn't work.
Search the archives with my name "Chris Cosentino" and "pdflib" and you
should be able to see most of the screendumps and configure options I used.
Maybe one will work for you.
I was getting closer I think, but like I said, I just can't devote any more
time to it.
