PHP4 and Sambar Server

Using Sambar Server 4.3 beta 3, I am unable to get any PHP4 scripts to run
using the ISAPI module (version pre-beta 3 10-15-99). The dll files have
been copied to the c:\windows\system directory and the php.ini file has been
appropriately modified for the proper paths. I have other ISAPI modules
such as Cold Fusion Express successfully installed and working.

Does anyone have any ideas what the ServerFunc() 1016 - invalid paramter
means and how to fix it?
