This release works great, I have apache 1.3.9 and mod_perl 1.21 working with it, no compile
problems, it also fixes every issue I had with php 4.0b2.
Just for an FYI, I've tested it with the following:
RedHat 6.x
FreeBSD 3.2-RELEASE
Apache 1.3.9
mod_perl 1.21
mod_ssl & openssl
