Thats wierd.
[Tue Nov 16 02:05:03 1999] [notice] SIGHUP received. Attempting to restart
and thats it. Nothing after that. Usually it gives a reason for a startup
failure, or a sucess-type message otherwise.
If I comment out either the php3 or php4 addmodule line, httpd can start,
just not with both.
