I don't know how useful this will be; I compiled with:
# ./configure --enable-trans-sid --with-mysql --with-gd --with-ttf
--with-apache=/usr/src/apache --enable-track-vars --enable-sysvshm --enable-sysvsem
--with-config-file-path=/usr/local/lib
Using gd1.2, latest PHP4 CVS, apache 1.3.9

found)...
