We probably should merge the redundant includes/macros from
fsock.[ch], hg_comm.c, and dns.c into a common file
(php_socket.h). Such a header file can contain then:
#if defined(AF_INET) && !defined(PF_INET)
#define PF_INET AF_INET
#endif
