This problem could be caused by different policies of RedHat and Debian (?). Did
you check all required files mentioned in alien's output?

I uploaded RPM files of MySQL 3.22.27 and Apache 1.3.9, as their configuration
(paths,...) differs from original RedHat RPMs (my Apache config files are in
/etc/apache, php.ini is in /etc/php4/apache/php.ini). If you install all these
packages.... is it possible that they mess up your System?
Did you get dependency conflicts during installation?
