There is an rpm builder I sent to someone to add to the CVS.
I can't remember who I emailed it to, but I can send it out again if someone
will volunteer to add it to the cvs.
Useage:
./makerpm 4beta 1999120601
then lo-and behold it creates a binary and source RPM.
You may have to edit its default .spec file to match your needs.
