Without this line, this file will not compile on Windows. The root cause
is the line:
zend_globals_macros.h:# define YYPARSE_PARAM compiler_globals
This was working correctly, until Rasmus made a change yesterday which
changed the declaration but not the call. I tried to clean up both, but
apparently did not make the correct fix.
What is the correct fix?
