php.h is included by php_reentrancy.h, in order to define PHPAPI.
I personally believe that there should be a separation between the zend
headers which contain information suitable for public consumption, and from
that which is needed by the implementation of zend. The #defines for bison
clearly fall in the latter category.
To see an illustration of why this is prudent, try removing the undef I
added to parsedate.y, and see what results.
Like Thies, I believe that the correct fix is to zend itself, but am
reluctant to make the fix myself as I am not confident I understand all the
ramifications of the change.
