Samuel,
Sure, sorry about that.
I have a very simple script that looks like this:
<HTML>
<HEAD><TITLE>Test</TITLE></HEAD>
<BODY>
<? echo $SCRIPT_NAME ?>
</BODY>
</HTML>
The error I get is:
PHP Warning: Undefined variable: SCRIPT_NAME in <path to file> on line <line
number>.
I get the same error with any of the ISAPI variables as well as things such as
HTTP_REFERER which I would expect to exist.
Thanks!

Its always best if you give an example of the code that didn't work,
describe what actually happened and what you expected to happen.
