FW: make problems 4.0b3, zendparse conflict with bison.simple yyparse

Has anyone seen this before?? A little help please... I'm using RedHat 6.1 and apache 1.3.9-4. I believe that I have properly set it up. I ran the configure script like below, then ran make and it failed. I then ran ./buildconf, then configure, and make had same problem. I say the conflict is yyparse and zendparse because in the libzend/zend-parser.c there is a #define yyparse zendparse statement and I'm guessing. =;-) I am using the beta to get to the session management functions or I'd use the php3.
