dl() problems in linux

Hi Folks, I'm trying to get my new dynamic library for php4 to work in linux. I was able to make it work just fine in solaris with php4beta3 and apache 1.3.9, but the same versions aren't happy in linux. when I call dl("cert.so"); I get errors in my apache error_log file /usr/local/bin/httpsd.php4b3: error in loading shared libraries: ./extensions/cert.so: undefined symbol: php_error /usr/local/bin/httpsd.php4b3: error in loading shared libraries: ./extensions/cert.so: undefined symbol: getParameters here was my configure for apache and php php: ./configure --with-oracle=$ORACLE_HOME --with-oci8=$ORACLE_HOME --with-apache=$RC_PROJ_ROOT/apache_1.3.9 --with-gd --with-ftp apache: ./configure --prefix=$RC_PROJ_ROOT/apache_1.3.9 --activate-module=src/modules/php4/libphp4.a --enable-module=rewrite --enable-module=usertrack Any ideas?
