Compilation failure (Mdk6.1, EGCS/GCC) (resend)

(I'm resending this as I got a message from ezmlm saying it faile) I'm running a production-level server using Mandrake 6.1 and I'm trying to get PHP4b3 running on it. I had it running before, but I changed from PGCC to the latest Mandrake7.0 EGCS/GCC (along with their apache1.3.9-17mdk) so I could run both PHP4b3 and PHP3.0.14.
