Hi,
I'm using the PHP4 Beta 3 (also tried Beta 2 and PHP3) and noticed that the
fopen-wrapper which allows to access FTP and HTTP server is not working. No
matter which URL I specify, I always get the following error:
Warning: Invalid URL specified, http://www.php.net in test.php3
on line
13
I checked the source and I guess the problem is the REGEX library but I'm
not sure.
Has anyone experienced the same or knows how to fix this?
As for the REGEX lib, I tried compiling with the system REGEX and the PHP
REGEX lib but neither of them works.
Here's my system config:
OS: Linux 2.2.9
Platform: ALPHA [AlphaLinux]
glibc: libc.so.6.1
PHP version: ZEND BETA 3
compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
cheers,
Horst Reiterer
