This has never been a problem before since the website development
discussions only happen once a decade :)
The Event notifications have been disabled for now (will probably only
be sent once a week), but we do need to handle the wiki registration
karma requests.
As for the SVN commits, sure, we can create a new list for that if you
all think its worth it.
