SQLite should be ok, as long as the extension is loaded in the current php
installation ;)
Is there a specific directory where I should save the db file (maybe we have
specific directive, and we should not put self generated content directly in
web trunk) ?
Or just a subfolder with correct .htaccess so the database cannot be
downloaded is enough ?
Is qa.php.net a unique machine (so no need to worry about duplicate versions
of the sqlite file) ?
