Couple of guys went to a bar. They got drunk. Started talking about
PHP and made some noise. Couple of other guys in the bar noticed the
discussion was about PHP and joined them.
After a fun night out they decided to meetup next week again to see
who would win in a bar fight, symfony or drupal.
The rumor hit the streets, and those 4initial guys brought couple of
their other PHP friends and coworkers.
And a User Group was born. The peeps decided to meetup
biweekly/monthly and created a loose plan on what the subject of the
meetups would be.
The end.

Time and location, and something about the conference. See
