Hi Nils,
I don't have all the links to hand right now, i'm on 5% battery on my mac.
Here is some information for you to get you started and hopefully
someone can fill in the links for me.
You need to check the wiki page [1] on setting up a mirror on your
local environment at http://xx.php.net (for example)
Then check the howtohelp [2] page and pick a task
Upon completing the task run the "svn diff" command and create a patch file.
You then email that patch file to this mailing list and the other devs
will merge with their working copy and give feedback and when its
ready then someone with commit access will commit it and give you
attribution on the commit message.
