Lebanon PHP community

Dear, My name is Chawki MATTA a web developer from lebanon. I and a group of developers in my network are willing to create an official PHP community for Lebanon where we can unite our efforts to spread the language and provide help for the php developers in our country since its becoming more and more popular over here. The main goal of the community will be to create new opportunities for developers and to create a place where all developers can share ideas for improving and pushing the knowledge in PHP to the next level... My question here is that what are the procedures to create an official community holding the name of PHP Lebanon? NB: we have the domain phplebanon.org ready. A first sitemap draft: 1) PHP Jobs In Lebanon. 2) PHP library & classes (codes written by developers and supposed to make life easier) 3) PHP tutorials. 4) PHP trainings. 5) PHP conferences & Events. 6) PHP Q & A. 7)PHP news 8) ..... Hope hearing from you soon... Regards, www.chawkimatta.com blog.chawkimatta.com
