Maybe a stupid idea, but Daniel Brown created status.php.net if I recall correctly. Maybe it is
something that could be added to that page (like the PHP versions). Maybe also the page on the
mirrors that is used for this information has to be changed (I don't think ext/openssl is
included).
When it is added it is at least possible to see how many mirrors have it enabled (and when it
happens to be 100% it would be easy to add it as a requirement I think).
