Hallo!
I'm writing this letter from Tbilisi, Georgia. I'm PHP programmer and there
is a big problem in our countru, because there is no PHP documentation in
Georgian. So I'm interested, is it possible (and if yes, how) to translate
documentation? I mean I can start translate process and there are several
interested persons also. So what we need to do to get right from official
PHP team to translate documentation?
