hard to read grayed-out comments

For some reason the designers of the function pages decided to gray out that last half (?) of the comments in the section unless I hover my mouse over them, making it hard to read or skim while scrolling or doing a text search. http://php.net/manual/en/function.set-time-limit.php This is adding unnecessary work or difficulty trying to find answers; in this case I was simply trying to determine if adding the function in a __construct in a class would cause problems.
